Here`s #TeenClub Rules

A) Basic rules that the ops are restricted to pay attention.

1.First-off,all the ops had better know that they dont have the right to use their outhority UNJUSTLY, if abused users will be able to complain to the administration no doubt.
2.The worst thing that the administration will not tolerate is kind of fights between ops that may end up with setting bans against one another and that`ll give users a bad idea about the channel etc..
3.Noone will be kicked without a valid reason and the reasons have to be in English only.
4.if not necessary users will not be kicked before warning and the ops can warn users in their language unless they know English.
5.No op will be added without asking manager and the admins will choose them between applicants/volunteers/users if needed
6.Ops please try not to idle over 30 mins in the channel.

B) General rules that all users need to pay attention.

1.As you know we`ve been trying to create a family chat room; so please keep in the mind of the meaning of family and avoid the attitudes contradicting to family concept.
2.English is the only language that we allow because of the fact that it is an international language and that our aim is to provide you the best chat without communication problems.
3.No spam/advertisement/pub allowed if abused user will automaticly be kicked
4.Offensive language, disturbing users, abusive trout slap not allowed.
5.Op/voice begging is not allowed
6.Flooders are not welcome to #washington
7.No policy/religion/sect etc. conversations allowed and ops are impartial always
8.Users whose nicknames/idents/usernames arent suitable for a family channel will automaticly be kicked
9.Users that come from spam/drone/clone channels will automaticly kicked..
